The DO & CO New York team currently consists of approximately 800 employees. We are currently looking for



  • Welcome and greet clients, applicants and visitors
  • Answer calls, inquiries and direct all calls to the applicable employees/departments
  • Maintain/update visitor log
  • Create a variety of correspondence (to staff in house as well as clients/customers)
  • Distribute weekly pay checks
  • Distribute all incoming postal mail and packages
  • Create identification cards and finger scans of staff
  • Order and replenish office supplies
  • Schedule car services, hotel reservations, postal mail and messenger pick-ups as needed
  • Assist and support Human Resources Department as needed
  • Assist other departments in miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management


  • 1yr Work experience as a front desk associate
  • Working knowledge in multi-line phone system
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Sense of urgency and hands-on approach
  • Proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and outlook
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Availability to work Weekend and Different shifts as needed
