Lead Equipment Packer


Be part of a team, creating high-end products served daily to hundreds of international airline guests!

Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications

Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is accurately packed and ready for each flight at all times

Lead the daily equipment flow between the equipment department associates

Control stock, daily floating stock, keep back-up storage system up to date, take inventory

Supervise and motivate a team of equipment packers

Ensure equipment packers are trained properly; report to supervisors any deficiencies, challenges, or poor performance of any equipment packers

Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly

Conduct inventory of assigned area as needed

Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment used on a daily basis and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed

Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards at all times

Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines

Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations

Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook

Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management


Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed

Capable of doing a laborious job for an 8 hour work shift

Flexibility (Must be able to work different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
