The DO & CO New York team currently consists of approximately 800 employees. We are looking for a



  • Be part of an energetic team, creating gourmet products served to thousands of passengers daily, on the World’s best International Airlines
  • Prepare bi-weekly and monthly Invoice templates in excel format for all customers
  • Work with Pricing and Menu Spec team to update invoice templates
  • Work with each account managers to receive proper information for billing purposes
  • Reconcile invoice templates to customer’s own invoicing system
  • Update Sales report by Customer & GL Account
  • Reconciliation of Invoice Registers & Sales File to accounting system
  • Review customer contracts
  • Maintain customer relations
  • Control receivables
  • Assist in sales projections
  • Daily set up and maintenance of sales file
  • Prepare analysis and assists in Special projects as assigned


  • Work experience in a hospitality or food production environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in similar role
  • Proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver
  • Strong work knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to meet processing deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well and communicate with individuals in different functions
  • Passion for working within an international team
  • Hands-on approach, self-driven and dedicated personality
