Senior Restaurant Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant operations in the VIP hospitality segment
  • Direct contact person for guests, clients and employees
  • Inventory management
  • Resource planning, operation and coordination
  • Leading a dynamic team
  • Lead the shift and supervise the daily restaurant operations
  • Staff training on job
  • Follow hygiene, quality, and Health & Safety guidelines

Your profile

  • Experience as a restaurant manager (capo sala). Minimum experience of 2 year in a similar position
  • Foreign languages welcomed
  • High understanding of quality and passion for our products
  • Fun and enjoys being a part of a dedicated and motivated team
  • Team player and hands-on attitude
  • “Host out of passion” attitude
  • Gentle and full of the joys of life
  • Residence in Turin and/or Milan Area
  • Fluent in Italian / English
