The DO & CO New York team currently consists of approximately 800 employees. We are looking for a

Junior Controller


  • Be part of an energetic team, creating gourmet products served to thousands of passengers daily, on the World’s best International Airlines
  • Support with Operational Controlling
  • Participate in planning, monitoring and analysis of food & beverages as well as labor cost
  • Support with the implementation of cost effective measures
  • Generate revenue and general financial reports (daily, weekly and monthly) for management and headquarters
  • Create different reports for upper management as well as department heads
  • Supporting Unit Controller with creating budgets and forecasts as well as with coordination and review of annual budget
  • On a project basis, prepare information as needed for Airline Tenders/Bids (labor costs, f & b costs, other costs)


  • University Degree (preferably business, finance, or economics)
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in controlling/finance, preferably within a production environment or food industry a plus
  • Interest and passion for the hospitality/food industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, work well in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to meet processing deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people in different functions, at different levels
  • Passion for working within an international team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach, self-driven and dedicated personality
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills
