The DO & CO New York team currently consists of approximately 800 employees. We are looking for a



  • Support in serving DO & CO’s high end products to hundreds of international guests!
  • Coordinate transportation activities between main production site, warehouse and JFK Airport
  • Ensure on time delivery of high quality products, goods and services
  • Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate transportation activities
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operations, supply chain management
  • Supervise and motivate a large team of drivers
  • Receive important incoming calls/information from airline clients and the airport and communicate it to respective departments
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team


  • 1-3 years of work experience as a Dispatcher in transportation
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Quick thinker and effective decision maker
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • High organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Hands-on approach to operational needs
  • Experienced professional with excellent written and verbal communications skills, and ability to interact and work well within a diverse group
