IT Support
Duties and


  • Be part of an energetic team, creating gourmet products served to thousands of passengers daily, on the World’s best International Airlines
  • Maintain, monitor and configure all hardware, software, LAN and WAN
  • Support and maintain servers (windows 2012 and 2016)
  • Image, configure, and deploy Mac and Windows computer equipment with required items (i.e. Email, Printers, Network Drives and Software etc.)
  • Responsible for maintaining and implementing appropriate security measures across all systems, including security rights, anti-virus protection and system encryption
  • Install and troubleshoot hardware & software malfunctions and correct them as directed
  • Assist all staff with IT issues such password reset, training and support regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Experience running and patching network cabling
  • Develop training documentation/user guides for common user issues
  • Perform hardware evaluations and make recommendations based on evaluations
  • Setup and support audio/video equipment, office phones and web conferencing needs as needed
  • Provide VoIP support
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of computer and technology assets
  • Participate in special projects as required and provide occasional after-hours support
  • BA Degree in Information Technology or Systems, or Computer Systems
  • MCSA(Server 2012 or 2016) is a most, MSCE preferred
  • Experience with Windows 7, 10
  • CCNA preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical support, field support or help desk environment
  • Microsoft Exchange Server(2013 or later)
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy and Virtualization
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices which includes switch, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points
  • Office 2013 or later
  • Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Services
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP(v4) and routing
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and track tasks and issues with global support team
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, oral communication skills and a positive customer support attitude
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
