For one of our prestigious hub in Europe we are looking for a

Head of Hospitality Operations (f/m/x)

In this role you will be the responsible hospitality manager of one of Europe’s leading sport venues. You will develop, execute and lead all hospitality operations in the high-end segment.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the overall relationship between DO & CO and our Customer, managing all facets of the business relationship and the Company resources necessary to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Leading the planning and implementation of the hospitality operations (food & beverage) of large-scale events, with a particular focus on professional football.
  • Fully in charge of all related operations: leadership, staffing, quality assurance, client service & management, on-site event management.
  • Budget control and planning, cost management.
  • Event staffing, feedback & control and staff planning
  • Operational oversight on event days, directing team leaders and reporting units.


  • Very strong hospitality or venue management profile with at least ten years of experience in a food & beverage or general event management function, of which at least five were in a team leader capacity (or higher)
  • Willingness to work with and international team and live up to the highest gourmet expectations
  • Best in class in negotiation & management of demanding Customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
  • Training and/or experience in food & beverage operations, e.g. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business or food service/hospitality management, or culinary background with additional training in business functions
  • Experience in working with international VIP clients, preferably in professional sports.
  • Independent problem solving and analytical abilities coupled with good troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in creating, tracking and actualizing budgets.
  • Possesses strong strategic planning, communication and executional skills
  • The ability to meet or exceed client expectations in the area of Customer partnership, Hospitality industry and Food & beverage market knowledge.
  • Should have high standards, a strong work ethic and be able to function in a team atmosphere.
  • The ability to drive and/or assist in the steps necessary to run a large scale events and implement strategies.
  • Quick thinking and ability to be resourceful in a stressful environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • The preferable candidate comes from Hospitality, food & beverage, luxury and / or the highest level of marketing and sales sector.
