We are looking for a

Food Production


  • Be part of an energetic team, creating gourmet products served to thousands of passengers daily, on the World’s best International Airlines
  • Lead, motivate and supervisor the food production teams (including scheduling and documentation)
  • Continue to streamline food production process, e.g. accessibility, availability, cost, quality and production assurance
  • Implement and adhere to systems for best productivity
  • Attend food tasting sessions; make corrections as needed to your department
  • Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, FDA regulations and any other applicable regulations.
  • Guide communications to ensure food cost goals and on-time delivery of finished product are guaranteed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines
  • Calculate labor standards and manage labor according to budget
  • Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions within the consigned sector
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management


  • Min. 3 years of work experience in related field
  • Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills experience
  • Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service
  • Solution seeker and effective decision maker
  • The ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the respective departments
  • Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Flexibility (different shifts – days, night, weekends, holidays)
