Ramp Safety Supervisor


  • Be part of an energetic team, creating gourmet products served to thousands of passengers daily, on the World’s best International Airlines
  • Regularly train employees on all employee and ramp safety SOP
  • Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements within Departments
  • Support the coordination of transportation activities between main production site, logistics unit and JFK Airport
  • Ensure on time delivery of high quality products, goods and services
  • Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate transportation activities
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operations, supply chain managements
  • Supervise and motivate staff members
  • Communicate information to respective departments
  • Communicate equipment orders to employees, vendors and customers
  • Assist the NY Ramp Safety Manager as needed and perform other clerical duties as assigned


  • Min. 3 years of work experience in related field
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, professional work ethic, service-oriented and a hands-on approach
  • Good computer skills required (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Meet requirements necessary to obtain an Airport ID at JFK Airport (PANYNJ Port ID per TSA and CBP regulations)
  • A minimum of High School Certificate and/or Technical/Vocational Education
  • Flexibility (different shifts – early morning, evening, weekends, holidays)
