Responsible for creating DO & CO’s high end products in terms of freshness, taste, and consistency to the specification of the Airline
This job includes all cooking techniques such as roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing, and grilling, etc.
Following all standardized recipes and notifying the Chef/Sous Chef of any shortages or discrepancies in products or ingredients
Ensure production processes, quality standards and deadlines are met
Supervise supply-chain systems: control timing of the food production flow and supervise the processing to avoid delays and lapses
Ensure our product meets the meal specifications and the utmost quality standards at all times
Ensure hygiene requirements and food safety standards are fulfilled
Proactive personality, who is strongly self-organized
Ability to cope with heavy workload
Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, standing for a prolonged period of time necessary
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)
