DO & CO opened a brand new, state of the art Gourmet Kitchen in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles (close to Los Angeles International Airport) and created many job opportunities. We are looking for a
Support in serving DO & CO’s high end products to hundreds of international guests!
Coordinate transportation high quality products between production site and Los Angeles International Airport
Ensure on time delivery of products, goods and services
Direct activities related to dispatching trucks, routing and tracking vehicles
Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate transportation activities
Ensuring smooth and efficient operations, supply chain management
Receive important incoming calls/information from airline clients and the airport and communicate it to respective departments
Supervise and motivate a large team of drivers and ramp safety agents
Monitor operations to ensure staff comply with policies and procedures, safety rules, airport regulations
Min. 3-5 years of work experience as a Dispatcher
Excellent planning and coordination skills
Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills
Dedication to customer service and attention to detail
Solution seeker personality and effective decision maker
Quick thinker and effective decision maker
Excellent computer skills (especially Excel)
Flexibility: various rotating shifts (working on weekends + holidays may be needed)
