Production Supervisor-Pastry Kitchen


  • Be part of an energetic team, creating gourmet products served to thousands of passengers daily, on the World’s best International Airlines
  • Lead and motivate the pastry kitchen production team
  • Support in streamlining current process, e.g. accessibility, quality and production assurance to guarantee best productivity
  • Attend food tasting sessions
  • Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations.
  • Manage the day-to-day needs of the pastry kitchen production and its staff
  • Lead communications to ensure food cost goals and on-time delivery of finished product are guaranteed
  • Ability to plan assigned work to ensure on-time delivery of finished product
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timeline goals and deadlines
  • Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions
  • Present solutions to Department Heads and Management
  • Plan work according to operational needs


  • Experience in a high volume food service or food manufacturing establishment
  • Culinary knowledge in terms of procedures and practices
  • Proficient in using Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and general food safety standards knowledge is required
  • Knowledge of catering set-up procedures and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Passion for working within an international team
  • Hands-on approach, self-driven and dedicated personality
